Using, ordering through, or contacting our store signifies agreement to these terms and the policies linked from it. Visitors must act lawfully and may not attack, interfere with, exploit, or otherwise misuse store systems.

Although product information is maintained carefully, reasonable differences in color, display, or packaging can occur. A submitted order is a purchase offer. We may decline, restrict, or cancel it for stock, authorization, address, fraud, error, legal, or policy reasons. Checkout governs displayed prices, tax, payment authorization, and delivery charges, while carrier risks apply as permitted by law.

The Refund Policy controls refunds. Content and other intellectual property are protected from unauthorized use. Any liability limitation operates only where lawful and does not remove mandatory consumer protections. These terms may be adjusted prospectively to reflect legal or operational updates.
