Refund Policy

A mailed return or exchange can be requested during the 30 days following delivery. We accept requests for defective merchandise and for non-defective merchandise, including a preference change, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Qualifying goods must be new and unused, remain in original condition, and include original packaging, labels, accessories, and accompanying materials.

For every request, provide the order number, checkout email, and reason. If merchandise is damaged, flawed, mis-shipped, incomplete, or materially unlike the description, also send clear product and package photos or video. Do not send an unauthorized parcel.

The return method is by mail. A prepaid return label is included in the package at no charge, and no restocking fee applies. Exchange fulfillment is subject to available stock. After approval, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 days; posting time after that is controlled by the financial institution.
